Pitching Auctions to Strangers...

How do you "pitch" an auction to a potential partner?

The only auctions I've run have been to current partners so I never needed to "pitch" them anything

Now I'm about to send some outreach to real estate coaches who are unfamiliar with the concept...

I'm wondering how folks in this group are positioning the auction (aka the prahduckt) ... and most importantly WHAT it will do for them.
