I don't know about you, but seems like this is the best time alive to own communities and media.
Been seeing a ton of media being scooped up lately. OpenAI just bought an industry podcast for a couple hundred million dollars.
and now Hubspot just bought a youtube channel. see pic
And that's the "enterprise value" cherry on top. Not mentioning the passive income that can be generated all along the way to a potential big sale. :)
