💌 Mid-Year Self Reflection 💌
It’s officially the halfway point of the year, which means it’s time to check in and see how your year is playing out. Idk about you, but for me 2026 has not played out the way I was expecting and so I am extra excited to take a grown up time out and reflect on the year. We get so busy with the day to day of life that sometimes we need to take the space to revisit the big picture: where we are at with our goals and visions. So here’s how I do this mid-year reflection. 1. Find a quiet space where you can reflect. Grab a notebook and pen. 2. Set a timer for 20 minutes (you can use more time if needed) 3. I like to add some meditation or vibe music. 4. Answer these questions: 1. What went really well this year? What do you have to celebrate? 2. What didn’t go well or what could have been better? Why didn’t it go your way, was it scheduling, timing, not aligned, something unexpected?  3. Are there any feelings you need to process and release or forgiveness you need to give to yourself or others? 4. What are your new intentions and ambitions?  5. What can you adjust and recommit to to make your goals happen in the rest of the year? 6. What are you grateful for? - Close out this session with some deep breaths ( I like to also smell essential oils to clear out and reset) This process allows us to reflect, realign, and reset our 2026 goals, so that we can either start fresh or continue building our momentum. Did you have any ah-ha moments or realizations during this process?

My "fuck it" slump...
You know how the Chinese zodiac this year is the flaming horse...? Well I thought it was going to be all strength and power, blazing a path in 2026. and you know what, the exact opposite happened to me...or so I thought? In February, I hit a complete wall. I went MIA in the online space, and could not bring myself to do anything other than work, chores, read, and turn inward. I didn't want to give up on my goals and ambitions, but I just couldn't seem to make anything work. My routines went haywire and I just didn't have the energy or care do make anything happen. I thought I was just in a seasonal depression or a slump, but wasn't really sure what was going on, all I know is that I did not want to continue on the way I had been doing things...all effort, no changes. But I still felt off. I still felt like I should have been building momentum, because you know 2026, flaming horse, etc.....but I felt like just saying "fuck it" to the world, to expectations, to pressure. I put in my resignation in at work, got a suspension, and then had to serve on Jury duty. As of today (June 1, 2026), I'm slowly getting back into things and feel like one day, I will look on this season of "fuck it" mentality with gratitude, because its making me slow down and really figure out what I want and where in life I want to put my efforts. So maybe the flaming horse isn't about strength and brute force, but rather a mindset of fuck it, let's burn this place to the ground and forge a new path forward? Just something that came to me today. What do you think? Have you been having any "fuck it" mentality lately?

How is AI Could Be Stealing Clients Before You Get Them👇👇
Hey there! 👋 Here's something that matters a lot to us. Maybe you've seen this, but there have been a lot of posts around this topic, especially this week. I'm hearing it from different places... YouTube, LinkedIn, Skool and on calls. It's this: Some very smart people out there are training AI to do some incredible things and that includes coaching. It's not a new topic, but it's been gaining traction as AI gets better and better. If you're a coach like me, this matters because AI can do a lot of what coaches do. Since we've never been down this road before, we couldn't see how it would fully play out until now. Even if what we do is based on our expertise, knowledge or experience, we're still at risk. HERE'S HOW: 👉 You get on a call with a lead. 👉 You tell them where they could be in the near future if they work with you. 👉 You answer all their questions. 👉 You tell them a bit about the path you'll lead them through. 👉 You are friendly, competent, experienced and human. And they leave, click over to ChatGPT and type in everything you told them you could do and ChatGPT gives them: 1. the sequenced steps to follow 2. a timeline that can be adjusted and readjusted to fit your needs within seconds 3. a personalized path based on the limitations you tell it to consider 4. milestones you need to hit in order to reach your personalized goal 5. adjustments that you need to make in order to make the outcome more probable 6. things to watch for that mean you're falling off track 7. all the responses an expert can give if you prompt it to 8. and so on and so on and so on. And we understand that as a human, we come in to guide better because we have an understanding of nuance, pauses, unique situations that need a skill or combination of skills or experience, etc... However, if ChatGPT can do a "good enough" job at guiding FOR FREE, how are you positioning yourself differently now? We'll be talking about this next week in our Community Call! Let's start talking now

Actions Today= Results Tomorrow
In Feb. I started to slip into a huge slump. Other than my daily chores, I've was slacking on all my routines and structures, especially when it came to my online ventures and side hustle. Everything felt hard, I was in paralysis, and I couldn't seem to make the time to accomplish the things I wanted to do. Plus, I felt confused about my next steps, while also feeling disappointed in my lack of forward motion. I know what to do to get results, I have the skills necessary, but its about EXECUTION of the education, skills, and plans and that requires (at least for me) routine and structure. I am slowly making my way back into substance and routines. One of the things that is helping me to start each day is this mantra: ✨ACTION TODAY=RESULTS TOMORROW✨ It is so easy, too easy to just let things slide. To use Saturdays and Sundays as excuses to not do anything. To let the afternoons slip by, because I am "too tired" to lolly-gag in the mornings until I have no time left to take action before work. But then I am not getting the results I want in life either. So I am leaning into this mantra and I invite you to do the same. It is helping me take action, even if its the smallest step, so that I can move closer to my goals. The most impactful thing about this statement is helping me to just start, which can be the HARDEST part. So what action could you take today that will help you get one step closer to the results you want tomorrow.
