💌 Mid-Year Self Reflection 💌
It’s officially the halfway point of the year, which means it’s time to check in and see how your year is playing out.
Idk about you, but for me 2026 has not played out the way I was expecting and so I am extra excited to take a grown up time out and reflect on the year.
We get so busy with the day to day of life that sometimes we need to take the space to revisit the big picture: where we are at with our goals and visions. So here’s how I do this mid-year reflection.
  1. Find a quiet space where you can reflect. Grab a notebook and pen.
  2. Set a timer for 20 minutes (you can use more time if needed)
  3. I like to add some meditation or vibe music.
  4. Answer these questions:
  1. What went really well this year? What do you have to celebrate?
  2. What didn’t go well or what could have been better? Why didn’t it go your way, was it scheduling, timing, not aligned, something unexpected? 
  3. Are there any feelings you need to process and release or forgiveness you need to give to yourself or others?
  4. What are your new intentions and ambitions? 
  5. What can you adjust and recommit to to make your goals happen in the rest of the year?
  6. What are you grateful for?
  • Close out this session with some deep breaths ( I like to also smell essential oils to clear out and reset)
This process allows us to reflect, realign, and reset our 2026 goals, so that we can either start fresh or continue building our momentum.
