New L.A. Area Skating

There is a new long-term pop-up (so is that a stay-up?) at The Shops at Hollywood Park in Inglewood, on the SoFi Stadium campus. It's open for 2-hour sessions Wednesdays & Thursdays noon-10pm, Fridays & Saturdays noon-10:30pm, until at least the end of December. Outdoor skating on concrete, no walls to crash into. All ages welcome, but last session of the night is 21+ with themed music. Kids are $10.50/ session, adults are $15.50/ session, 21+ sessions are $19.50, skate rental is $3.00 / session.

I haven't tried it yet. I'm still not a strong skater so don't know how I feel about 0 walls. But since I work at Hollywood Park 😁 I'm keeping my eye on it. Insider tip: right now, participation is low. If you like an empty skate environment, now is a good time to take advantage.
