I know it can be several things at once, but try to think about the one thing you wish you could solve right now to keep going?

Here on Skool I've seen 2 extremes of this process: 1. A super simple onboarding process with a welcome message and here are your next steps (introduce yourself to the group and have a look around the classroom) 2. A complex one where members have to go through a "Start Here" module with some videos explaining how everything works... and then they are invited to book a discovery call. Which one do you prefer? Do you still have the "Start Here" module with loads of information about how everything works in your community? I had the Start Here module but not many had the time to go through. Now I ask new members what is their main struggle and invite them on a call to help them solve it.

There are plenty of ways to get leads and clients, and most people do several of those. If that't the case for you, what piece of your flow is the most important for your business?
