Today is day 1 of my weight loss journey. I weighed 191 this morning and I'm fat as can be (for me). Today I start entering everything that I put into my mouth onto the "My fitness pal" app and I'll mount my gravel bike onto my trainer and start my Rouvy subscription back up later this week. I'm also in touch with one if my cycling buddies who rides all year do the fatbike is going to be getting some winter work in, too. The goal is 2 pounds per week, with a first stop at 175 and see how I feel/look in my clothes. While I'm feeling all fat and lazy my girlfriend texts me that she ran 9 miles at lunchtime and only stopped because her lunch break was over. π
