Since a lot of you know I’m Moroccan, I thought I’d share something about Ramadan back home.
In Morocco, Ramadan isn’t just about not eating. The whole country changes.
Days are quieter.
Nights are alive.
Families gather every evening to break the fast together.
Mosques are full.
People slow down and reflect more.
For me, it’s always been a reset — mentally and spiritually.
I’m curious: have any of you experienced Ramadan in a Muslim country before?
Or is there anything about it you’ve ever wondered about?
