PT Thursday, more like Personal Torture Thursday
So Tuesday’s session took a lot out of me, but i began the healing process. Now, like a Christmas special from the 70s, I’ve got to put one foot in front of the other on my road to recovery. Oh did I mention it’s 75 here on the bayou today?
