My First Custom Hat...

On a whim, I wrote an email to my favorite flat-cap manufacturer asking if there might be a black and white houndstooth option available for the upcoming season or at some point in the future.

At best, I was hoping for a mention of such an option in the past that might portend a similar option sometime in the future.

While the response was not in the affirmative nor for what I initially hoped, there happened to be some black and cream houndstooth material in the warehouse and the possibility of a custom hat order was proffered.

Given that the price was barely above the regular price for a stock hat, I found myself veritably forced to make a purchase.

So, here it is - my first custom hat, from Hanna Hats of Donegal!
