We are all our own worst enemy.
We look in the mirror and go straight to what’s wrong.
We play fake “what if” scenarios in our head.
We replay past failures.
We disqualify ourselves before we ever take a shot.
We know exactly where to hit ourselves to make it sting.
We know the perfect things to tell ourselves to justify compromise.
…all while the world tells us...
“You’re fine just the way you are.”
“Love yourself.”
But we don’t.
Which means there must be something wrong with us...
Right?
Wrong.
You’re not broken.
You’re lacking proof.
You can’t avoid hard conversations…
Avoid hard work…
Avoid risk…
Avoid discomfort…
…and then wonder why you don’t feel powerful.
Why would you?
Confidence doesn’t come from affirmations.
It comes from evidence.
Self-worth doesn’t come from repeating “I love myself” in the mirror.
It comes from keeping your promises.
Self-belief doesn’t come from a pep talk.
It comes from execution.
You don’t silence your inner critic by arguing with it.
You silence it by stacking undeniable proof.
Every time you choose comfort…
The voice gets louder.
Every time you choose discipline…
The voice gets quieter.
You are the biggest roadblock standing in the way of the life you want.
Bury your inner bitch so deep in the ground with your execution that its voice can’t reach the surface.
It’s the only way.
