Any experience with 3 FIT Theory?

Hey everyone, I'm in the process of starting revising my whole closet, and I'll start with t-shirts, and finally get something that fits and wears better (plain colors) than what I have right now (larger than my size, with designs/logo, etc).

Another member recommended 3 FIT Theory and I'm wondering if anyone else has experiences with them before I buy; given it'd be an international + customs shipping I just want to gather some extra feedback about them.

Googling around it seems that quite a bit of people had problems with them (esp. with their customer support), so I just want to ask a more reliable source.
