Under the weather
I’ve been fighting a cold and the weather was rough today. Nothing felt ideal. I still got out for a run in the rain. Not because it was impressive, but because it was enough. Consistency doesn’t always look like high energy or perfect conditions. Sometimes it’s just doing the thing anyway, scaled to how you feel. If today hasn’t gone how you planned, it still counts if you showed up in some way.
Jan 5 Focus
One of the biggest drivers of energy isn’t what you eat, it’s eating consistently enough. Long gaps between meals, skipping earlier in the day, or under-eating tends to show up as: • low afternoon energy • cravings at night • feeling “off” without knowing why Today’s focus isn’t perfection. It’s not going too long without fuel. If you want to participate, answer one of these: • Which meal is easiest for you to stay consistent with right now? • Which meal tends to get skipped or rushed?
