What 2025 can keep
As we head into 2026, this isn’t about becoming a new person. It’s about deciding what you’re done carrying forward. The extremes. The all or nothing. The fad diets. The constant starting over. If you’re tired of all the noise, you don’t need another reset button. You need simple habits, done consistently, with people who get it. 2026 doesn’t need to be perfect. It just needs to be more honest.
