• Pre-foreclosure, currently off-market
• Last Sold: 2013 for $180,000
• NETR estimate: ~$395,600
• Zillow Zestimate: ~$544,700
• Mortgage Balance: $123,354
Seller needs to sale at 236k to break even. I’ve talked to her and I believe a contract at 250k, she’ll sign. Aiming to get it to buyer at 315k. Greal deal for wholesaler & flipper?
