We have crossed into November—with an extra hour for many of us and absolutely no guarantee that our bodies, animals, or kitchen clocks understand what just happened. 😆 This week in the Haven, we played, welcomed, celebrated, experimented with tiny rituals, and shared the things that help us feel a little more human. No gold stars. “I thought about it” remains a completely respectable answer. • Members named three small things they were grateful for and shared the little luxuries they enjoy unapologetically. Warm drinks, soft things, laughter, rest, and other ordinary delights count. They always have. • The Weekend Woo-HOO filled with wins large and small—from business movement to boundaries, play, rest, and doing life on your own terms. If it mattered to you, it counts. • We marked Chiron Discovery Day by honoring the wounded healer in all of us—without pretending that pain is a requirement for wisdom or that sensitive people have been appointed the universe’s unpaid emotional repair department.
