Obviously, the photo that appears here includes all times in MY time zone. You will see this by the word Chicago beneath the date and time indicating the central time zone. When you see the calendar, it will show everything in your time zone. This explanation should alleviate any confusion..

Here we are at a new week. We are certainly no pressure to perform, however, perhaps there is something that you plan to experience or complete or hold space for this week. If you feel inclined, share yours in the comments. I will share mine as well. Setting a clear intent for the week is not about making a 10 mile long to-do list or about forcing yourself to push through. It is more about where you were putting your energies for this week.

We celebrate our amazing founding member, Chris @Christine Vabre ! She has the fun Skool community that I love, called #The Watercolor Journey. I'm a member, and I keep surprising myself with what I create under her guidance! Today is National Dictionary Day, and we think that's rather perfect for celebrating our wonderful Chris! Because while the dictionary is full of words to describe the world, Chris teaches us another language entirely... The language of COLOR! 🌈 Through her watercolor painting and teaching, she reminds us that creativity doesn't always follow the rules. Sometimes the colors blend beautifully. Sometimes the paint wanders off in a direction you absolutely did NOT authorize. And sometimes what started out as a lovely little flower suddenly looks suspiciously like a confused cabbage. 😂 But that's part of the magic! Chris helps people discover the joy of creating, experimenting, learning, and letting go of perfection. And what a beautiful gift that is! So in honor of National Dictionary Day, we've decided to add a new entry to the Haven Dictionary: CHRIS (noun) 1. A delightful human who brings color, creativity, and joy into the world. 2. A patient guide who helps others discover their inner artist. 3. A beautiful reminder that sometimes the happiest accidents make the most wonderful masterpieces. 4. Someone who makes our Haven a little brighter simply by being part of it. Synonyms: Creative, inspiring, kind, wonderful, treasured. Example: "The world could use a little more Chris!" 💜 Happy Birthday, Chris! May your next trip around the sun be filled with vibrant colors, beautiful surprises, endless inspiration, and plenty of happy little watercolor accidents.
