Hi everyone, I’m Chris. I’m based in Gainesville, Florida and joined the group because I’m interested in building cash-flowing rental properties the right way.

My focus is on making smart, well-informed investments, learning the numbers, and creating long-term cash flow. I’m looking forward to learning from the group, seeing what others are doing, and continuing to grow my knowledge in rental property investing.
