Maybe someone can chime in and offer some guidance. I just viewed one of Brian’s video on funding/Title and he mentions the property titles being titled in the holding company’s name…I think or maybe I misunderstood that part. This part confuses me.
The structure I have now is the following without the LLC owning/ Titling the properties…want to make sure I’m doing it right
Trust owns my Holding company
Holding company owns my real estate LLC
Real estate LLC…owns/Titles the property.
I currently have two rentals but they’re titled under my name not the LLC. Also, My concern is when doing a quick claim to tile under my LLC will the bank call in the loan?
Please confirm which holding company or LLC the properties should be titled to. Thank you
