I have worked as a VA for nearly 4 years as a contractor for a local VA business. I've been made redundant due to the change of the business mission and vision. Alongside I've also been made redundant by 2 other jobs in hospitality, one after another, that helped not only financially but also experience in understanding different types of customers outside the internet and business operations.
Early this year an old client of mine asked for my ongoing support with his e-commerce business, to which I said yes, and this got me to do some self reflection on my career. Hence the E-commerce Admin, where I got to figure out last month.
