🧭 What did your compass say?
You finished the quiz, now drop your result in the comments below. Tell us what you got, whether it resonates, and what you're going to focus on next. šŸ”„ I personally read every single result and will reach out after. šŸ’œ šŸ‘‡
🧭 What did your compass say?
šŸ” Remote Income Compass — My leak results! My biggest leak: Consistency My offer in one sentence: I help authors produce, publish and market audiobooks. (Business 1) I help tourists in Namibia understand the history, cultures and travel rules through edutainment. (Business 2) I help production companies to create the perfect voice-over for their video content. (Business 3) My 30-day focus: Blog-posts and improving SEO for my audiobook publishing house website, also uploading content to the youtube channel and starting a TikTok account. What success looks like: Sales going visibly up. My plan to fix this: I'm going to focus on recycling all the content I already have created for Instagram in the past years for the next 30 days to put it on Youtube and TikTok.
@Bianca Vogelaar Ah that is a fantastic polish for the sentences. Yes, you are so right, an emotional result would be needed to finalize them. šŸ˜ I am hoping to learn how to be consistent with my content production and how to also continue doing more of the same thing instead of just trying something a little bit here and there and then move on to the next thing. Overall I want to implement systems that actually work in the long run, get to know platforms that could work well for my skills and polish everything that I have build alone in the past years with professional help and input.
Step 3: Learn šŸ¤“
What skill are you working on and how are you approaching it? Share your resources, your AI prompts, what's clicking — or drop a question if you're stuck. We learn so much faster when we share what's working. Don't hold back šŸš€
Step 3: Learn šŸ¤“
I am working on improving my knowledge in online marketing. This morning I had a call with an expert in this field who guided me perfectly for my needs. Will share some insights with you: Blogposts are still a great thing on your website for SEO - hack for 2026: find out the prompts that people are using and work them into your headlines, articles or even a FAQ section on your website to appear in their AI generated answers. Video content, especially YouTube is also great for maximizing SEO, even if you do not plan to become a Youtuber. I will try this out in the next weeks: 1 Blog-Article per week on my website, more Youtube videos, even if they are short and optimizing the headlines of each page of my website with keywords to rank higher in searches.
@Bianca Vogelaar It would be fantastic to have someone speak on this more. I think my contact would probably not do it for free, since he is very well established and did the online marketing for huge companies with his company. I was just lucky because I was able to help him with something else from my knowledge and we did a little barter-agreement. I am constantly thinking about going full on Youtube - vlogging my life abroad in Namibia etc. I have the skills and Equipment (could probably be updated a little bit with a drone but its there). But then again it is soooo much work until it pays off to really be able to play with the big successful people and stand out. For tips & building SEO and a community its so great what you do. I have never tried a screen sharing video, but maybe it can work on some topics :) thanks for the inspo

I might be able to make it! It's a good time slot. :)
šŸ› ļø What skills are you bringing to the table?
You just discovered you have more than you thought. Drop your top skills in the comments and if you want feedback on what service to offer, ask! The community is full of people who've already figured this out. šŸ‘‡
šŸ› ļø What skills are you bringing to the table?
@Bianca Vogelaar At the moment it is the voice-acting/narrating part for money, but writing slowly becomes bigger again and this is where I would love to position myself in the next year. I think my podcast is a great hybrid of both at the moment.
@YgY YinYangCoach I must say that my heart will always belong to acting and especially to (hospital) clownery. It is also a skill that would make me be able to survive anywhere without money or knowing the language, haha! As long as I have my costume I can perform. Acting in film & theatre is more tricky to do internationally unless you have a perfect American or any English native accent but I am still using it here and there. Both skills are not ideal for remote work, however they allow me to coach others, narrate audiobooks easily and my acting skills and confidence in front of people make it super easy for me to pitch and connect with people (without pretending, I am genuinely connecting).
Step 2: Build Your Proof
Step 2 is all about creating something real, your first portfolio piece, your transformation story, a concept, a CV update. Whatever proof looks like for your path. Share what you made, even if it's a rough first version. Screenshots, links, or just tell us what you created. Feedback always welcome here šŸ‘€
Step 2: Build Your Proof
@Stephanie Gee It looks so beautiful, professional, great skills and you are also stunning! My first impression when I opened it, was honestly that the AI photos are too much AI. They are too flawless and this takes away the connection between you and the person on the other side who receives the CV. It probably depends on the industry, but I personally do not use AI image or video creation for social media marketing or my audiobook covers because in the (audio)book industry it is frowned upon big time. Also another little tip: use a PDF compressor to make the file with all the images smaller 56mb is quite large.
