I did a thing. For the past 2 years, my role required being on-site. Since then, the company has evolved with new structure, new management, and with that came more flexibility. Some teams have successfully made hybrid and remote work and it’s been working. I emailed my manager to request a discussion about going fully remote during our next one-on-one meeting. If you’ve successfully gone fully remote, what worked for you?

What has lead everyone to this site, Austin's and Ari's amazing guidance and the idea of leaving their "home" and living a remote lifestyle? For me... I feel like I have done all that I can do here and am ready for a change or reset on life. Clearly there is more to that statement, but I would just love to understand and listen to other stories out there.

On the threadsapp some people post jobs and the link to telegram. Is that a scam?

Apart from joining cohorts and virtual events like Remote Freedom, how do you proactively build your network and find collaborators in remote settings?
