Asked My Manager About Going Fully Remote ⬇️
I did a thing.
For the past 2 years, my role required being on-site. Since then, the company has evolved with new structure, new management, and with that came more flexibility. Some teams have successfully made hybrid and remote work and it’s been working.
I emailed my manager to request a discussion about going fully remote during our next one-on-one meeting.
