What an incredible start we had together 💖 Thank you to those who joined live yesterday @Jill du Preez @Viktoria Chervenkova — your stories, energy, and reflections set such a beautiful tone for the week. Here are a few highlights from Day 1 (Mindset & Meaning) - The Nun Study showed how a positive outlook can literally add 10+ years to your life. - We explored the stories we tell ourselves about aging and how to reframe limiting beliefs. - I guided a powerful breathwork practice to reset your nervous system. - We journaled on our deeper “why” — what makes us so excited about life we’d choose to live long.
