Hey everyone, super excited to have you all here. So far, everyone in this community are ALL fellow Apex members, so we’ve got a ton of fellow growth-minded individuals with us. 💪 Would love to get some intros with the type of business you are in and where you currently are getting most of your leads from. Pictured here are both my home family and work family. I’ve invested more than I could ever imagine into both, and the experiences and lessons have been worth every difficulty and failure along the way to get where we’ve gotten so far. Marketing firm partnership’s
Good morning / evening everyone. I currently hold a real estate marketing firm practically enduring they get more buyers and sellers to view / buy their listed properties through an automation system. I’m speaking out to find a team. A team to scale one of the most valuable assets to the market to help these agents get what they need to sell there properties as well done as can be. Are you a BENEFIT or a DISTRACTION? [VIDEO]
On today's short live, I cover an important lesson I learned from a mentor of mine on the three growth strategies of any business...Organic growth, Acquisition growth, and Distribution growth. Although by pure definition, referral partnerships fall under the organic growth strategy, better understanding how to position your partnership as close to a Distribution growth partnership is something I believe anyone can benefit from considering. The irony here is that as I give a teaser on being a benefit and NOT a distraction, I have two 'friends' join us to create a chaotic video that's too silly for a take 2....I'll let you see for yourself. Summary points: your referral partnerships should always benefit your partners beyond just a transactional exchange of money. Find a way to bring REAL value to their business, and a great frame to consider could start by asking, "how can we become the 'sugar to their 'cake?'" A more in depth version of this lesson will be added to the course soon. Let's get to work! -MFB
