I’m often an all or nothing person. I am quite rigid in following structure and am quite set in my ways which I think I should do things. When things don’t go to plan I tend to do nothing when I should just do something, even if it’s short of the total goal for the moment. I just read another post on here and I quote - “little things add up to big things”. I like that- it’s so true.
Jake reminds me that if we need to remain adaptable and listen to our bodies. If I can’t fit in a full 1hr gym session but could do a 30min home workout instead- I absolutely should.
Something is better than nothing!
