Welcome! Recruit Ready Fitness is a community where Aspiring & Current Serving Military, Police and First Responders get ongoing help from me & my team to improve their muscular & cardiovascular endurance, create healthy habits and a disciplined approach to their training & nutrition, and ultimately set themselves up for success within their career. People call me Nik, I'm from Ontario, Canada and I am an aspiring OPP officer. My biggest strength would be my mindset and determination, biggest weakness being that I go all out in everything I put my mind to. I have 5 kids (all boys) so every day in my house is an adventure. My goal here is to reach the level 7 in the shuttle run (highest I've gotten is a level 5), and I know that this group will give me the extra push to get there!
Getting After It
So far I am down 30 lbs, eating healthy and exercising (mostly running). What are your go-to meals to help you fuel for a rigorous workout?
