After completing Step 5, I have re-realised the importance of stretching, warm ups, and cool downs! I have been super lucky regarding my training with no injuries to report for a long time but I realise this has been lucky and not due to good training strategies. Once again I’m all about the stretching and exercise prep prior to my workouts and will focus on cool downs post exercise to reduce the likelihood of injury and to best prepare for and recover from training. I think it’s very easy to be busy, squeeze in a snappy work out and forget about these important strategies. Thanks
