Morning motivation.
Good Morning all,
The past week has seen me hit a pretty hard hurdle, things just took a dramatic halt.
I’ve had to try and go slow in my training (I’m so not a bench warmer and it’s bloody hard). But have not stopped, just modified.
A healthy mindset and taking in the world around you as it comes. Never take the small things for granted.
Keep pushing forward, and don’t let a set back stop you dead in your tracks.
