Hi guys, bit of an odd one but just wanted to see if anyone else experienced this and if they have any tips.
So when running in particular I will be feeling good but when I near the end and full on sprint to the finish point… as soon as I stop I feel very sick (doubled over heaving like I’m going to throw up). I try to really focus on deep breaths afterwards and it goes away after a little while but was just wondering why and if it’s a common thing?
I assume the more I train at that intensity the more used to it my body will become but it definitely isn’t the nicest feeling 💔😅
