Hey guys! I wanted to quickly talk about plateaus! Sometimes when losing weight, you’ll experience plateaus! Ever feel like you can’t just break out of certain weight range? It sucks and I know it all too well. It can feel extremely discouraging, especially when you’re putting in the work that seemed to do the trick prior to this. Plateaus are just your body’s evolutionary way of thinking “Oh no, I need to hold onto this or I won’t survive!” Combating them is by throwing a small little curve ball in your routine like walking just a little bit extra or change up what you’re eating! You’d be surprised at how your body can respond to even just minor changes like walking an extra 1-2k more steps or a different type of food! Don’t let this discourage you from your journey, it’s important to never quit and to keep moving forward!
