I’ll be running another 8-week Summer Fitness Challenge… and if you were in the last ones, you already know the vibe. The progress, the accountability, the support… it was amazing. Easily my favorite part was watching everyone show up for themselves AND each other. This time…we’re moving to a new platform that’s way more user-friendly and community-based, so it’ll be even easier to stay consistent, track your progress, and actually feel connected throughout the whole 8 weeks.
