Ingredients
about 25 pcs. medium-sized dates
4-5 tbsp. peanut tahini
about 50 g. peanuts (roasted)
1 pc. dark chocolate (80 g)
Method of preparation
Cover the bottom of a cake pan with a layer of dates (without pits) by pressing them well with a spoon.
Pour the peanut tahini on top, covering the bottom layer well.
Sprinkle with peanuts.
Melt a chocolate in a water bath and pour on top.
Sprinkle with peanuts again.
Put in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
Tip: If your dates are not soft, put them in warm water for about 5 minutes to soften.
