Trail Tip Tuesday 🥾
Today's tip is for wood processing. Some of the more seasoned outdoors-people in the group will likely already know this tip but I thought it useful for those beginning to build their confidence. Having systems in place is really useful for building confidence outdoors. It settles the mind, give purpose and strategy to tasks that when starting, may feel overwhelming. 3-4 piles is the top tip today - more on it below 👇🏼 Drop a 🌲 in the comments if you use this method 👇🏼

Monday Gear Chat 🎒
Today I'm chatting stoves. I happened to have 2 out with me, so thought I'd stop to give a quick chat about them. There are plenty of others out there, this is just what I had with me for covering some stove work with the young people. What you use will come down to preference, weight in your pack, number of days, number of people and what you plan to cook. Jetboil Minimo and the Trangia solo stove are the two in my little video. I'll pop links to them in the comments if you'd like to check them out further. 📊 If you had to choose between these two, which would you choose & Do you have a favourite stove? and why? 👇🏼

Wednesday's Genius or Gimmick 🤔
Genius or Gimmick? Ultralight everything. Some folk think shaving every gram is smart, disciplined, the mark of someone who knows their craft. Others think it's an expensive obsession that leaves you under-prepared the one time it matters. Team ultralight or team "bring the extra kit"? Defend your answer in the comments 👇🏼
