Some of the more seasoned outdoors-people in the group will likely already know this tip but I thought it useful for those beginning to build their confidence.
Having systems in place is really useful for building confidence outdoors. It settles the mind, give purpose and strategy to tasks that when starting, may feel overwhelming.
