Freshness matters. Lists that sit get worse contact rates.

Step 5 — Log dispositions in real time.

Not at the end of the day. While you're on the dialer. Tag every call immediately.

Same-morning workflow: Pull → Trace → Load → Dial → Log. Done before noon. Every day.
