Listings.Contracts.Closings.
And when the market slows… it feels like everything is falling apart. Because the job became the whole identity.
The agents who last learn something important. They don’t build their life inside their business. They build their business inside their life.
Here are five areas where you can build real community:
• Faith or spiritual life
• Family
• Health and fitness
• Local community
• Professional network
Those things don’t distract from your business.
They fuel it.
People work with you because of who you are in the community.
