They feel like they don’t have control over their life They KNOW they are on the cusp of a new chapter yet they are not able to get traction to get going or sustain actions/momentum. Feel STUCK and in their own way - unable to move forward or make meaningful progress in their life They have ideas but don’t act on them or are not successful in implementing/making progress. They have significant inner conflict about taking the actions; they don’t feel resourceful; their sense of self has eroded; their decisiveness wavers They don’t see a way out, a way forward They are despondent - “is this it? How come i can’t figure this out? I don’t WANT to be done, I’ve got more to live, to give - The expanded direction competes with other “life” events /transitions, which require emotional energy and time NOT making progress and emotional turmoil that accompanies it HOW does that problem show up for them?
