Hi everybody, quick question. One of the new clients wants each meeting to have data protection agreements in place with the provider. So looks like Otter.ai which I have been using is out. Has anybody used Hedy.ai? Seems like they have a good data protection posture https://www.hedy.ai/post/best-gdpr-compliant-ai-meeting-tool-record-transcribe-eu-data-protection/ Anybody have any other meeting recording transcription and AI summary tools that pass the primary test of data protection agreements by default (and not charge $15k a year like Otter lol)

I would LOVE to know the work flow/process you used to get Claude's help with 10 years' worth of files/folders organized as you declared last week. I am in the same pickle - I don't need to hang onto what is no longer useful, AND I'd like to make what I keep findable too. thanks!
