I would LOVE to know the work flow/process you used to get Claude's help with 10 years' worth of files/folders organized as you declared last week. I am in the same pickle - I don't need to hang onto what is no longer useful, AND I'd like to make what I keep findable too. thanks!

I'm thinking/sorting out the video usage and YT approaches that will fit for me NOW - and in the near future. I have listened to video experts (be yourself on camera! no need for fancy editing for the most part - let people see the real you!). Video experts for YT - getting started and later leveraging them. During our first meeting or 2, Riverside was mentioned as the service of choice for videos. In the YT 'how to go fast and leverage Claude and VidIQ' approach Ray posted he identified Descript and then hiring out editing. I'd like to have 1 service - one that I can do myself, and later I could hire out when I want to. What are your experiences?

I’m looking at simplifying my businesses by moving to Google Workspace and potentially cancelling Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, Dropbox, Teams, and a few other subscriptions. The goal isn’t just to save money. It’s to create a simpler, more integrated system with fewer moving parts. Has anyone here made the switch? What did you replace, what did you keep, and what do you wish you’d known before making the move?
