Well I have to be honest, I haven't been fully raw or even raw till 4 but the majority of my food each day has been fruit and I usually eat quite a bit of it at a time.. My body is starting to reject some of the other foods.. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Maybe this will be my transition, just eating as much raw foods as possible, especially fruit, until my body just tells me I can't eat certain other things.. seems like a reasonable way to make the switch right?!
