🚨 UPDATES 🚨
What's up everybody! I've been really really busy. Just getting some breathing room. buuutttt I GOT UPDATES 1. Just had my first event! (Photos attached) It was really really dope. I haven't forgot about y'all who's asked about joining the event I wanted to make sure it would actually be worth sharing to more than the 6 people who attended. (reviews below) 2. Also I talked to Videographer today and he was complaining about not being able to find the right people. This is what I told him – "hire your peers" – we all know someone that is on our level. Those are the people we need to hire – but they cost more so guess what... We gotta charge more. 3.Update on the 14 day course to get videographers started – I'm recording videos this week and getting them uploaded so be on the lookout for them. I've had it on pause bc business picked up a lot. We're still busy but we had to grow and get some help. That's all the updates I got. What have ya'll been up to ?

I Froze Quoting A Introductory Price Then Recovered...
I received a message and I froze quoting a introductory price then recovery 2 days later. Acknowledging my delay freeze moment. Potential Client "How much is it im not really in a position right now for much at all" I thought things would be easier because. I had my systems in place, Accounts all set to receive money. Yet there were little details that I got hung up on. I was not sure if I should charge for consultation. Because doing free phone calls equaled free coaching in the past So I created a 1 time only 10 Min Strategy Session with instructional PDF to streamline the session. Example: Select a time for a undisturbed 1 on 1 Foundational Strategy Session. This provides you with a strong sense of what Expectations and Coaching v looks like and who is a good fit for the wait list. (Wait list gives me time and space to make a decision about a potential client after I have provided my price range.) I've been practicing my response to the big numbers which i'm actually more confident speaking about. I have learned that practicing. The smaller numbers are just as important as the bigger numbers.Setting up the SIMPLEST system structures and routines from meeting times calendars ,WORKS FOR ME And it is imperative that I work with my brain and not against it. This helps me to relay Professional Courtesy and confidence. I am grateful for what I learned from this and I am grateful that my response is was not I'm sorry, over appologizing followed a story Or excuses. Yet I was fully aware of the old habits. I intentionally provide a simple.I am grateful for your patience and to moved directly in to the conversation. VERY POWERFUL. I was ready to walk away on my terms and learn like a sponge from the experience. I replaced overwhelm with action and I EXCELLED. The conversation is below: "(ME) Higher Love, (Potential Client) I am grateful for your patience. Take a look at my profile and go to my page HAPPY NOW VIP Look for the Page that Says 10 MINS you will receive a PDF with Instructions
Choosing music for your content 😮‍💨
Hey y'all, I'm currently making a soundtrack for an upcoming event and I did something that I thought would be really relevant for you guys. Sometimes I have trouble finding the song that I wanna use I when it's time to make content. So using this prompt(below) I created a playlist of my favorite songs that can be used for specific or particular moments You can modify it to be able to use your content just copy and paste a list of the music that you have saved into chat GPT and then it'll give you a list back to put in your notes on your phone. I hope that this is helpful. Prompt: "I’m creating a categorized soundtrack for my instagram content. Please do the following: 1. Ask me to paste the song list (title + artist). 2. Ask me for the event context/vibe (e.g., professional, hype, luxury, community-driven). 3. Based on the music itself, create custom-style moods (not just generic hype/chill—interpret the songs and vibe). 4. Suggest specific content styles & use cases for each track. 5. Output as a CSV file with three columns in this exact order: - "Mood Category" - "Suggested Use Case" - "Song Name" The CSV should be formatted so I can import directly into Google Sheets without extra cleanup." Do you have trouble picking the music?

Lessons Learned from Hiring Editors the Past two weeks
Whats up ya'll – the last couple of weeks I had to hire editors because our workload got crazy. We had so good (and bad) things result from this & I just want to share it with you quickly. 1. Giving footage to an editor with no direction can be hit or miss. Try your best to explain clearly with references what you are looking for 2. Ask them to send you the first 15 - 30sec of the video to make sure you are aligned. This saved me hours on the back end. 3. If you can't give a clear vision - make the revision process plain by giving them your top adjustments/tweaks. its better to get an important 6 changes out the way vs 72 changes that rebuild the whole video Have any of you hired a new editor to edit something for you? What insights can you add?
Good morning !!!
Here’s a quick thought for the day—procrastination is your friend when you procrastinate on the right thing. For example if I’m driving and I wanna stop by McDonald’s and grab a coffee i choose to procrastinate and stop at the next McDonald’s and get a coffee there. When I get the next McDonald’s I just might say “you know what, I’m not gonna do this one either. Let me stop at the next one” I know I’m just talking about Coffee but you get the point. You can save yourself from things that maybe you don’t wanna take part in by procrastinating, and this is a form of delayed gratification, which has been said to be a characteristic of very successful and wealthy people. Let me know how this lands with you.
