Y'all it's February and ya'll haven't seen me in a little while. I had a huge event mid January (we're still editing from that) - I joined a $30k Mastermind so I can get better at marketing (and of course teach it to ya'll). Other things I've been busy with while gone. 1. Hired a team to update my systems in way that would allow anybody to run my team - it's the first step in helping me to do scale the business (cause i'm the bottleneck) 2. Hired some team members to help work with my clients so the clients don't have to depend on me 3. Got myself a content coach lol - He actually told me to stop posting so much on instagram and put more effort into my content 😩 4. I also got an email & automations expert helping me get my act together. So I plan to share some of my lessons with you as I grow. Stay tuned, I love ya'll Ps.
