Recognizing that empty calories consumed by snacking is stealing from the the foods we should be eating has been an incredible eye-opener.
Counting macros can get exhausting and be a bit cumbersome at times, but once it becomes a routine, you quickly realize just how many macros are stolen by a little junk food here and there. They add up so quickly that a small handful of certain treats equal an entire meal replacement!
