Fellas, I haven't posted my workouts for a few days, been moping about my shoulder injury but I haven't been slacking!
Props to those who showed up to the Warrior Workout and went through the Kickboxing 101 session! So much fun!!!
Today I did the following -
warm up - 15 mins stretch / elastic bands
incline db press - light - 4x15
ss
Incline db flys 4x15 slow and controlled
decline press machine - 3x20
ss
low cable flies - 3x15 w/ 15 pulse reps at the end of each set
4.45 miles walk in 20 lb weight vest.
