Sunday Reset Practice 🌞 | Ground Your Frequency
Before you jump into planning the week , let’s do a Sunday reset practice and reset our bodies first. 😌
Do this calm lil Sunday practice today:
1️⃣ Step outside for 5–10 minutes
Let the sun hit your face. No phone. Just breathe. Listen to the birds.
2️⃣ Barefoot grounding (if you can)
Grass, dirt, earth. Let your nervous system calm down. Your body knows what to do.
3️⃣ 4–4 breathing
Inhale for 4 seconds. Hold for 4 seconds . Exhale for 4 seconds. Repeat that for 6 rounds.
4️⃣ Walk slowly and think about ONE intention for the week. Not all the goals you have . Just one powerful focus.
Prepare your mind for the new week of opportunities. let’s get it 😌💯
