Night time is when the subconscious is most open.
This is where identity shifts lock in โ in life and in trading.
Tonight is not about doing more โ itโs about becoming.
Slow your energy. Soften your body. Let the day dissolve.

Fire represents clarity, intention, and release.
As you light it, say (out loud or in your mind):
โI release today โ my emotions, my reactions, and any attachment to outcomes.
I align with my highest self.โ
Sit with the flame for 2โ3 minutes.
This is where peace enters the body.
๐ต 2. Slow the Day Down
Put your phone away or on Do Not Disturb for at least 20 minutes.
No scrolling.
No reacting.
No consuming.
This stillness helps your nervous system reset โ the same state that creates clear decisions and patient trading.
โ๐ฝ 3. Identity Journaling (Choose ONE)
Answer one โ short and honest.
- How did I show discipline today ?
- What would my higher self say about today โ in life or trading?
- What version of me am I releasing tonight ?
Let it flow. No judgment.
๐ง๐ฝโโ๏ธ 4. Body Embodiment (Key Practice)
Close your eyes and feel your higher self โ donโt force visualization yet.
Ask:
- How does she breathe?
- How relaxed is her body?
- How does she feel when she trusts herself?
Sit in that feeling for 2 minutes.
This is the same calm that shows up as discipline and clarity on the charts.

Visualize one peaceful scene:
Your higher self at night โ fulfilled, grounded, unbothered.
See:
- The room
- Your body at rest
- A deep sense of trust in your timing and process
Let yourself drift to sleep as her.
