About Us SR Solutions is an AI automation company helping businesses streamline operations, capture more leads, and increase revenue through custom chatbot, voicebot, and automation systems. The RoleWe’re hiring Experienced Appointment Setters to generate opportunities for our Sales Closers. You’ll be paired with one closer and own a regional territory (West Coast, Central, or East Coast). We provide qualified lead lists so you can focus on outreach and booking demos. What You’ll Do - Make outbound cold calls to business owners and decision-makers - Qualify prospects and set up 4–5 demos daily for your closer - Maintain accurate notes in CRM and keep pipeline organized - Work closely with your assigned closer to dominate your region Compensation - Commission-only role with 10% of each sale after it is closed by the Senior Sales Representative (average $300 on a $3K deal, $1,000 on a $10K deal) - Monthly earning potential: $10K–$15K+ depending on regional performance - No cap on earnings - Paid out Bi-Weekly Ideal Candidate - 3+ years of cold calling and lead generation experience - Skilled in prospecting, qualifying, and overcoming objections - Strong communicator with persistence and resilience - Motivated by performance-based pay and team success
