The RoleWe’re hiring Experienced Appointment Setters to generate opportunities for our Sales Closers. You’ll be paired with one closer and own a regional territory (West Coast, Central, or East Coast). We provide qualified lead lists so you can focus on outreach and booking demos. What You’ll Do - Make outbound cold calls to business owners and decision-makers - Qualify prospects and set up 4–5 demos daily for your closer - Maintain accurate notes in CRM and keep pipeline organized - Work closely with your assigned closer to dominate your region Compensation - Commission-only role with 10% of each sale after it is closed by the Senior Sales Representative (average $300 on a $3K deal, $1,000 on a $10K deal) - Monthly earning potential: $10K–$15K+ depending on regional performance - No cap on earnings - Paid out Bi-Weekly Ideal Candidate - 3+ years of cold calling and lead generation experience - Skilled in prospecting, qualifying, and overcoming objections - Strong communicator with persistence and resilience - Motivated by performance-based pay and team success
