The first thing I turn to is music. Music lifts me up so much—it’s like my personal therapy. I either listen to music that resonates with how I feel or helps shift my mood, or I start writing music myself. Writing is a way for me to express what I’m going through, and it really helps me process everything. Just getting lost in melodies and lyrics gives me the energy and clarity I need to keep going.

I’m officially 50% through the course, and I couldn’t be more thankful. I’m genuinely enjoying every part of it , it’s been such a powerful learning experience.
